WWE NXT and Superstars Fantasy Analysis (Spoilers)

Posted by: choke May 23, 2012 | 1790 views | 5 comments

An analysis of this week's NXT and Superstars shows and if there's any impact on the fantasy leagues.

NXT aired today, Superstars airs tomorrow.   I always get these results from Prowrestling.net

NXT

Jinder Mahal beat Derrick Bateman
Percy Watson beat Heath Slater
Alicia Fox beat Maxine
Great Khali and Ezekial Jackson beat Drew Mcintyre and Johnny Curtis

Analysis:  Not much to take from this except maybe to keep an eye on Percy Watson in the future, and to see if they might team Khali and Zeke at some point for a run?   Doubt it.    Holy crap @ Drew Mcintyre?  Remember when he was McMahon's chosen one?   Now he's teaming with Johnny Curtis and losing on NXT?   Pure insanity.    If you by any chance are holding him in your league, this can't give you any hope

Superstars

Dark Match:  Dean Ambrose defeated Alex Riley
R-Truth and Kofi defeated JTG and McGillicutty
Zack Ryder defeated Heath Slater
Antonio Cesaro defeated Tyson Kidd

Analysis:   UGH.  Cesaro on Superstars and not Smackdown (presumably)?   WHY?   I take it this means we'll probably see Ryback and Sandow on Smackdown even though Cesaro IMO has displayed much more promise and the crowd reactions confirmed that, again IMO.   Alex Riley, like Drew Mcintyre..... how the mighty have fallen.    Not sure what Ryder did wrong, but it seems like the best times might be over for him.   Didn't take long.   Wouldnt feel too comfy holding onto him for too much longer unless that improves and he gets some RAW/Smackdown time in.
