Choke's NOC 9/16/12 RAW 9/17/12 Fantasy Report:Tag Title Turmoil

Who's rising, who's falling after Night of Champions on Sunday and this Monday's RAW?
Enjoyed Night of Champions and RAW both. Happy with the tag and Divas title changes, and like what they're developing for the IC/US belts as well. The only completely stale belt is the WWE title and I hope they move from Del Rio immediately or give him the title soon. The absolute last thing anyone needs to see is another Sheamus retain over "Bertie" We got 10 matches on RAW which kept the show action packed and moving, with enough story development to make it not drag.
Rising:
1. Eve: Well that was unexpected, but needed. I always thought Eve would end up with the title, but didn't think it would happen so soon. Now it leaves the door open for her to successfully retain against Layla, then have a feud against Kaitlyn which I still see her coming out on top. She should be top point getter for months to come
2. Daniel Bryan/Kane: Have to include them off their tag title win and defense. Also, they are WAY over right now. Even if the WWE only planned to have this short term, they could easily extend it just based solely on how much the fans are eating it up. The rest of the tag division is shaping up nicely still, with Sin Mysterio and PTP also showing themselves to be solid contenders. Possibly the most exciting belt race in the WWE right now, which is crazy considering where it was just 2 months ago
3. Sandow: Nice return from a short break, cleanly beating a streaking Zack Ryder. I was worried Zack might even get that win, but it's clear WWE is still high on Sandow.
4. Heyman: He's been getting quite a few points, almost like the new Vickie or Ricardo of the WWE. Lots of accompanying, microphone, and an occasional interference/opener/fade to black. Probably better than your worst dead weight on your team as we speak.
Also: Ryback finally going for a belt, Brodus possibly going to be featured more?, Sheamus keeps rolling, Cesaro continues to shine, and Wade will more than likely dominate for the forseeable future.
Falling:
1. Layla: Lose a belt, you go on the falling list. Plus there's really no reason to give it back to Layla. She barely gets the crowd excited and just needs a new gimmick in general.
2. Kofi/Truth: Again, lose a belt.... Plus with Sin Mysterio and PTP, they might take a backseat in the tags. The thing with Kofi and Truth is the WWE can always just make them singles wrestlers again, so they're not worth dropping or anything, not yet.
3. Cody Rhodes: So he loses his shot at the IC, and now it's Ryback vs Miz and Sin Cara/Mysterio are teaming? Where does he go from here?
Also: Tyson Kidd and Gabriel and hopefully Santino are back to jobber status, Kelly Kelly milk carton alert,

Adding an update that contains a MINOR Smackdown taping spoiler (non match result)
Remove Cody Rhodes from the falling list. He's in a match at Smackdown that convinces me the WWE is not going to be so quick to dismiss him. The possibilities from this match are great.
