Scoring rules for Survivor Series matches

Survivor Series matches are elimination style matches and only the remaining wrestlers are awarded points for the match. We award ppv/tv star for the particpants plus whatever elimination points they earn (if any).
It has been this way since 2011 so we won't be changing it in mid-season. We can have a rules change discussion during the off season after TLC.
I usually make some sort of comment/announcement before the ppv, but we got a surprise SS match on RAW last night.
